Conductive Education therapy summer camps for children and teenagers with MOTOR DISABILITES

The Woodlands Foundation offers over-night summer camps, weekend retreats and additional after- school programs for individuals of all ages with disability and chronic illness. Participants have the opportunity to learn, have fun, and make friends! All of our programs are fully adaptive, accessible and take place on our campus with climate controlled facilities and a caring and trained staff.

Camp Lily Berks, an Easterseals summer day camp for ages 8-21, offers inclusive activities that build skills, promote friendships and increase independence. Campers enjoy arts and crafts activities, swimming, sports, music, educational programs and a variety of other activities that engage, entertain and educate.

Club Lily is a fun camp opportunity for adults (18 and up) with any disability or special need.

Learning and Behavioral Center passionately provides the most up-to-date treatment options for children with autism and their families. We have vast experience in treating children battling language, attention, and social deficits. We can also address behavioral conditions, such as ADD and ADHD, OCD, and Down Syndrome. Camp A.B.L.E. is designed for individuals with disabilities. This camp offers unique opportunities to enhance social skills, reinforce gross and fine motor skills and foster independence. We attend field-trips two times a week, from zoo's to bowling. On Monday, Wednesday and Fridays we participate in different themed activities and welcome guest speakers. We also swim at the Summit on the Park.

Chance 2 Dance is Central Florida's only inclusive and accommodating dance company. We work with children, youth, and adults with varying needs and disabilities. We will have weekly storybook themed camps throughout the summer for different age groups put on by our dance instructors who are professional dancers whom have their bachelor's degree in dance and are also 'Inclusion and Special Needs' Certified.

Camp designed for children with Special Needs and Learning Disabilities where they will work on academic and basic living skills. Our program is based on the Assessment for Functional Living Skills and covers many areas students need to lead the most independent adult life possible. We will offer many different educational activities, field trips, and community-based instruction opportunities.

DramaRamas is a unique musical theatre program for children ages 8-18 with special needs. It was awarded a special recognition of excellence by the Connecticut Critics Circle.

The Double H Ranch was founded by Charles R. Wood and Paul Newman and is a camp for children with life threatening and chronic illnesses. All campers attend for one week, free of charge.
