INVOICE FOR SERVICES
An invoice will be emailed to your camp upon the activation of your camp's listing, whereby payment is expected within 10 calendar days.

Please do NOT submit payment until you've received a listing activation notice and corresponding invoice.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Camp Channel, Inc. (VerySpecialCamps.com) accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover through a secure online payment system at:

TERM
The term for a Multi-Media Listing on VerySpecialCamps.com is one year, defined as being twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of activation. Please contact billing@campchannel.com if you would like to obtain your camp's specific term dates.

RENEWAL
Upon completion of an existing term, client is given the option to renew services. The cost & terms for renew shall be made available to client approximately thirty (30) days prior to existing term's expiration. Renewal of services is not automatic and there is no contractual obligation to renew.

CLIENT EMAIL ADDRESS ACCESSIBILITY
It is entirely client's responsibility to insure one's email address (as reflected within listing) is accurate and functional.

CLIENT WEBSITE ADDRESS ACCESSIBILITY
It is entirely client's responsibility to insure one's web address (as reflected within listing) is accurate and functional.

MULTIPLE LISTING POLICY
All Listings must adhere to VerySpecialCamps.com's current multiple listing policy, which is subject to change. The most recent multiple listing policy can be found on the VerySpecialCamps.com website at:

If a relevant policy change in the multiple listing policy occurs during the middle of an existing term, said listing will be allowed to run unencumbered for the duration of existing term as an allowed non-conforming listing. Upon completion of term, listing must adhere to current multiple listing policy.

STAFF RECRUITMENT PROHIBITED FROM WITHIN CAMPER LISTING
While referencing general information about your camp's staff for purposes of camper recruitment is permitted, the inclusion of any information pertaining to recruitment of staff is prohibited and subject to immediate removal by VerySpecialCamps.com.

REQUIRED FIELDS
It is necessary to accurately complete all required fields contained within our online listing application form with the following exceptions: "Camp Street Address" is not required for camps which are exclusively designated as a "Travel Camp" or for camps which have security concerns with respect to divulging the location of their camp. The precise "Camp City" is also not required for camps which have security concerns; however, it is necessary to provide either a county or general area (more detailed than a U.S. state or CAN province) to provide visitors with at least a general idea about where your camp is located. Camps which have such security concerns are required to send an email to VerySpecialCamps.com stating this as a reason for such exceptions.

CLIENT MODIFICATIONS TO LISTING
Client is welcome to perform updates to listing information at any time during the service term by visiting the following online modification form:

REMOVAL OF DUPLICATE INFORMATION
In effort to maintain and present concise information to visitors, as well as preserve optimal rankings in search engines, VerySpecialCamps.com reserves the right to remove overt duplicate content from listing.

LISTING FORMAT UPDATES
Client agrees that listing format and or structure may change periodically as a result of website modifications by VerySpecialCamps.com. Such changes may occur in the midst of an existing listing term. Only features explicitly denoted for a particular listing cited on the following page shall be maintained for the duration of all listing terms:

CORRESPONDENCE WITH VerySpecialCamps.com
You agree to receive periodic informational updates pertaining to your listing on VerySpecialCamps.com in order to maintain an up to date and accurate database as well as to keep you informed about the latest developments on VerySpecialCamps.com.

INDEMNIFICATION
By submitting your information on-line your camp or organization warrants and represents that none of the materials prepared or information furnished to Camp Channel, Inc. for use in the VerySpecialCamps.com Web Site is inaccurate or infringes any copyright, is libelous or otherwise violates the rights of other persons and that your camp agrees to indemnify and hold the Camp Channel, Inc. and its affiliates and any of their officers directors, employees, agents and successors and assigns harmless of and from any and all actions, suits, proceedings, judgments demands or claims, (whether valid or invalid) liabilities, losses or expenses (including attorney's fees) are incurred with respect to third party claims relating to such matters.
