Drama Lights! Camera!! Action!!! (Theater Camp) grades 2 through 12.
Step into the spotlight and come shine on stage! If you’ve been “bit by the acting bug,” come join us for an exciting adventure in theater! Young actors of all skill levels are welcome, all you need is a little curiosity and a love for performing and having fun! Our Campers will enjoy learning about acting, dance, voice & speech, stage presence, comedy, improvisation, art activities and much more. Coupled with the guidance of our experienced teachers, the curriculum fosters a “creative state” with which students are empowered to realize their personal and artistic potential.
Camp is great for building self-esteem, confidence, communication skills, social skills, etc.
Our teachers are specialists in their fields and have extensive experience working with individuals of all abilities. Many of our teachers work professionally in theater, film and television and/or have their degrees in their respective fields.
2018 Dates: Session 1: July 30-August 3 Session 2: August 6-10
Times: 12:30pm – 3:00 p.m.
Fee: $450.00 per session, $800.00 for both weeks
Student/Staff ratio 6:1.

Ratio 6:1 if your child needs additional support we welcome pca's, family members etc. to assist your son or daughter.
Financial Assistance Available
If you have a Consumer Support Grant or waiver we are able to bill directly for you.
Campers are asked to bring a beverage and snack to camp. Peanut and tree nut free.
Are you looking for a fun social skills group that your child can participate in with peers? Where they can make new friendships and parents can network as well? Our Theater programs have been in existence for 12 years and we have had wonderful success with working with children of various abilities. Our Adaptive Performing Arts Program has been designed by Autism Specialist, Jill Kuzma together with Theater and Dance professionals. Acting, improvisation, movement, song, dance, skits, and theater games help students to better communicate with each other all while having loads of fun!
ASD specific strategies such as, visuals and social stories are incorporated for students needing this type of support.
