More About Camp
What We Do: 3 cost-free programs are available to families throughout Michigan.

Cowboy Camp Outs:Camp Casey's Cowboy Camp Outs provide a series of overnight stays at dude ranch resorts throughout the country. Up to three times each summer, families are selected to vacation at a convenient horse-themed resort.

Planning and expenses associated with the trip are completely subsidized by Camp Casey. Families simply pack, show up and have a great time! To apply, email Molly@camp-casey.org.

Horsey House Calls: Camp Casey's Horsey House Calls program enables families to horse around in their own backyards! We take our pony show on the road by bringing a horse, arts and craft supplies and food for a three-hour visit from Camp Casey.

Oftentimes, Horsey House Calls are orchestrated with parents but kept secret from the children, making our visit a fun surprise. Horsey House Calls make for great post-treatment celebration parties, birthday surprises or are simply a way to cheer up children who could use a day of fun. Families can schedule a horsey house call by emailing Amy@camp-casey.org.

Outlaw Outings: Camp Casey's Outlaw Outings offer a series of cost-free outings across Michigan. Activities include (but are not limited to) outings to: professional sports games, theater performances, apple orchards, pumpkin patches, sleigh rides, ice skating rinks, museums and movie theaters. At a typical Camp Casey outreach event, campers and their families enjoy the planned activity along with meals that comply with dietary restrictions, safe transportation (when applicable), and trained volunteers serving as positive mentors to the children and their families.

Each outreach event caters to approximately 20 participants. Camp Casey accepts families on a first come, first served basis. To participate in a Camp Casey Outreach Event, email Lauren@camp-casey.org.
