Camp Lily is a week-long day camp that is designed to provide a well-rounded summer camp experience for children and young adults (ages 8-21, older as appropriate) with disabilities. Our primary goal is to ensure that all campers, enjoy the things everyone looks forward to in the summer: outdoor fun, time with friends and new experiences.
Camp Lily is a busy place every day with a full schedule of arts and crafts activities, outdoor sports, swimming, music, games, science exploration, fitness activities, cooking lessons, visits with special guests and more.
The program is designed to ensure that campers have ample opportunities to interact with and make new friends; spend time exploring their personal interests; be part of a larger community with the support they need to succeed; enhance their social skills; increase their independence; and have fun experiencing and doing new things.
We staff camp with a ratio of 3 campers to every counselor so that each camper receives the support and care they need to succeed and maximize their enjoyment. TSS and other support staff are welcome. Camp Lily-Lehigh Valley is held on a beautiful 55-acre property in Center Valley (the JCC Camp Kochavim campground). Free transportation is provided to and from the Jewish Community Center in Allentown. You must sign up in advance for free transportation.
