We are looking for students entering 6th through 10th grades with characteristics of dyslexia who are interested in improving their reading comprehension, writing, and math skills. This is the perfect opportunity to learn interesting, effective ways to get the most from reading and to learn effective techniques for improving writing and math skills. The mornings and early afternoons will consist of intense multisensory structured language instruction in reading, writing, and math while the evenings will be filled with fun and interesting activities.
Students will dine in the cafeteria on the campus of Nicholls State University.

Space is limited. Registrations will be accepted on first-come, first-served basis. Preference will be given to applicants who have not attended a previous Creative Scholars camp and are from the Gulf-States.
Applicants must provide evidence that they have been identified within their schools as having characteristics of dyslexia.
