GIG Kids Camp provides gluten-free meals to campers and can accommodate the other top 8 allergens. Vegetarian options are also available. GIG Kids Camp follows the same menu used by Camp Kanata.
At Camp Sealth we also work with youth with celiac disease and diabetes combined.

GIG Kids Camp is at Camp Sealth July 19-29, 2010. Session 4: July 19 - 24, Mon - Sat, 6 days
Session 5: July 26 - 29, Mon - Thurs, 4 days
Session 4/5: July 19- 29, Mon - Thurs, 11 days
These dates include 3 camping options: all 10 days or 2 shorter sessions.
GIG's volunteer dedicated kitchen staff prepare meals that model the regular camps meals - ALL gluten-free. We can also accommodate the other common 8 food allergies.

Camp Sealth sits on over 400 acres on Vashon Island (Seattle) WA. Kids arrive by ferry or the camp "boata" GIG Kids Camp attends camp with the American Diabetes Association to accommodate children with both diabetes and celiac disease. GIG provides an opportunity for gluten intolerant and celiac kids to enjoy a normal summer camp experience, while knowing their food is gluten-free and prepared by experienced GF cooks and managed by a registered dietitian.
