More About Camp
The Kostopulos Dream Foundation, home of Camp Kostopulos(aka Camp K) is a year round camp for people of all ages living with disabilities. Camp K is located in Emigration Canyon on 25 acres worth of land. We have an Equestrian Center, swimming pool, ropes course, and rock climbing wall, among other things, on-site. We also run day and weekend trips to Jackson's Hole and other recreational areas for canoeing, fishing, and camping.
Our summer camps are week long sessions based on age group and ability. For example, week one might be for individuals aged 7-13 with cognitive disabilities. During our summer sessions we activities such as hiking, swimming, arts and crafts, fishing, horseback riding, and ropes courses.
We also hold Fall and Spring sessions that run for 7 weeks. They act as afterschool programs for kids (7-13) and teens (13-18), as well as social and community events for adults (18+). These events could be going to the State Fair or having a bonfire at the camp.
