CAMP VISION: Overnight camp experience for youth ages 12-18 with Visual Impairment.
DIABETES DAY CAMP: Day camp specially designed for campers with Diabetes ages 12-16. Nurses on staff to monitor food intake and and blood sugar levels.
ADVENTURERS: Day camps for campers with autism spectrum disorder.
CRUSADERS OVERNIGHT CAMP: Designed for campers ages 16-30 with cognitive disabilities. This camp has an emphasis of indpendence and life skills.
GIDDY-UP: This inclusive day camp is focused on the equestrian experience and skill progression. Also while giving campers the opportunity to try our many other activities such as adaptive cycling, archery, and indoor climbing.
SIBLINGS CAMP: Specially designed for campers with disabilties and their siblings to come to camp together.
INTRO TO CAMP: Specially designed for campers ages 6-8 year old with disabilities.
PATHFINDERS: Day camps for campers with physical disabilities.
CRUSADERS: Day camps for campers with cognitive disabilities.
CAMP XTREME: Overnight camp for teens with physical disabilities.
Financial Assistance Available
The Day camps require that campers bring their own lunch. Overnight Camps can accomodate a variety of diets and diet restrictions.
More About Camp
The National Ability Center, a non-profit membership organization founded in 1985, provides adaptive outdoor recreation programs for people with physical, developmental, and emotional disabilities. Our camp objectives are to provide safe, fun, and challenging activities that promote the development of healthy recreation with peers while increasing self-confidence and independence. Safety is emphasized in every aspect of the program. We provide a great deal of personal and group support, encouragement, and carefully facilitated challenges that help build friendships. Our staff are chosen for their experience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with people of all abilities. All of our camps are based out of our beautiful ranch facility in Park City, UT.
