OnQ is a social pragmatics program for children ages 6-10 who have been diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Planned, systematic instruction will be delivered using visual tools for motivation . OnQ was designed to take the best practices from several different disciplines. Theoretical and practical components of Floor Time, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) are incorporated into the program design. Social stories, role play and fun, engaging activities are a few of the strategies that are employed in groups with a 1 to 2 teacher-to-student ratio.

The OnQ Summer Camp runs from June 27th - August 5th, 2011, Monday - Friday 9 am - 2 pm, at the Northeast Arc in Danvers.
There will be no group on Monday, July 4th.
The cost of the 6 week program is $4000.

In each session, the group participates in a variety of games and activities which encourage them to engage in positive interactions with both staff and peers while fostering the development of social pragmatic skills.
