For 32 years Camp Chickasaw has provided a high quality summer program for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the beautiful shores of Sequoia Lake, just 55 miles east of Fresno, California, Camp Chickasaw is a special home away from home for our campers.

We have vendorization through Central Valley Regional Center, check with your local regional center for financial assistance for Camp Chickasaw.
More About Camp
Camp Chickasaw is a residential coed camp for individuals who are developmentally disabled ranging in ages from 7-70. A 1:3 counselor to camper ratio is maintained and a registered nurse is on duty at all times. We offer a wide variety of experiences, with the safety and well being of each camper as our primary concern. Sensitive and experienced counselors provide leadership in fun and exciting programs designed to challenge each camper toward individual growth. When a camper attends our camp at beautiful Sequoia Lake, we are dedicated to providing the best possible environment for your camper's development. Our staff is chosen for their maturity, sensitivity, and their proven abilities relating to special needs populations.
