Individuals needing 1:1 support for behavioral or medical conditions will be required to have a non-parental support person, over the age of 18, at camp. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Camp food is typical camp food. There is a salad bar available at lunch and dinner. Those who have special diets can arrange to see the menu before camp and bring substitutions or work with camp director to have special food for the camper.

Camp Amp is a co-ed overnight camp for youth, ages 10-17, with any disability or special need.

Our goal during camp is to offer our campers a variety of experiences that will foster independence, allow adventure and enhance socialization, all while having fun! Our creative and diverse programming is designed to incorporate all campers no matter the age or disability. Our trained and experienced counselors work with campers to promote skill-building, teamwork, friendship and fun.
At Camp Amp we encourage our campers to try new activities and challenge themselves, but most importantly we want them to have fun and create lasting memories.

Our counselor to camper ratio is 1:3. We have a certified/licensed health care professional on staff and at camp 24/7 to assist with medication administration and basic health care needs.
