Camp Reece is a sleep-away camp for individuals with disabilities from ages 10 through 17, located at the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. We emphasize empowering our campers with new skills, self-confidence, self-esteem, and social-emotional growth, all while having fun!

Transitions programs teach young adults with autism, ADHD, nonverbal learning disabilities and other learning differences skills such as executive functioning, leadership, self-advocacy, wellness, social relationship building and independent living. Students also experience socially rich recreational opportunities, memorable Adirondack outings, college tours and entertainment opportunities in a safe, supportive environment.

Adirondack Expressions Art Camp is a joint project of the Transitions program and the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts. The camp is for young adults aged 15-27 who have learning differences and want to learn about art. Students can choose to stay overnight at the camp or attend just for the day. The activities, projects and social events here will promote each camper’s unique talents, creativity and self-esteem!

YAI- Mainstreaming At Camp (MAC) - A program ran in partnership with Frost Valley YMCA in the Catskill mountains of New York State serving children and young adults with developmental disabilities from 8-18 in an inclusive setting striving to expand the reach of summer camp to all people.

Winston Summer Enrichment Program provides 4th-12th graders with the unique opportunity to participate in an individually designed program aimed to enhance academic skills & foster independence. The program is designed to develop language, encoding/decoding, reading comprehension, writing, math, test preparation, organization, & time management skills. We offer this program at four campuses, NYC, CT, NJ and LI.
