The My Future My Life Transition Camp is an opportunity for high school students with disabilities to call the shots about their future.
Summer and Seasonal Camps for Children and Adults living with Disabilities or Special Needs.
Respite Camp allows individuals to enjoy the out of doors in a supportive one to one ratio while giving the caregivers a needed break.
At Heaven's Gait Therapeutic Riding Summer camp riders are led by trained instructors and enjoy a one-to-one ratio. While attending camp riders will participate in the following activities: daily horseback riding instruction, Sensory Trail Stations, proper grooming technique instruction, care of tack, proper use of tack, barn chores and crafts. The Horseshow is our culminating activity each week.
Easter Seals Camp Lily Lehigh Valley is a day camp for ages 8-21 (older as appropriate). Offered in one-week sessions, Camp Lily features arts and crafts activities, sports, swimming, music, science exploration, barbecues and trips to regional attractions.
Camp Starfish is a not-for-profit residential camp which serves children between the ages of 7 to 14 who have emotional, behavioral and learning challenges.
The RecPlex offers a special needs summer camp for all ages and abilities. Activities include daily swimming, weekly beach visits as well as community outings, arts and crafts, indoor exercise and outdoor excursions!
Clover Patch welcomes physically and/or developmentally disabled campers ages five and older. The program provides families and caregivers a period of reprieve while at the same time providing campers with a challenging, educational and fun outdoor living experience in a fully accessible natural setting.

SibDays of Summer is a high-energy day camp for siblings ages 6-12 of brothers and sisters with disabilities. It's offered 10 am-3 pm daily at Plamann Park in Appleton, Wisconsin, from July 17-July 22, 2017 by WisconSibs, Inc.
Easter Seals Camp Sno-Mo is located on 3600 acres of land. We share the property with the Daniel Webster Council Boy Scouts of America. Our camp is a residential overnight co-ed camp for children and youth aged 11-21 living with disabilities.

Mountain Respite Camp (MRC) offers a peer led camp experience to individuals living with or affected psychiatric disabilities.
The Adventure Program at St. David's Center offers community-based programming focusing on recreation, community integration, and socialization for people with special needs, ages 11 and up. The program provides a structured group environment in which participants can develop positive peer relationships, participate in group activities, and have fun!
