The Painted Turtle seeks to reach beyond illness... to inspire children with life-threatening diseases to become their greater selves. It is our mission to provide a year-round, life-changing environment for these children and their families - one that allows children to participate in an authentic camp experience by supporting their medical needs and offers their families care, education and respite.

Camp Setebaid and The HDYC are normal summer residential camps for youth living with T1D. Staffed by mature adults who have experience with T1D who are complimented by a medical team with diabetes expertise to assure the campers are safe during their time at camp.

​Camp Yakety Yak helps children with special needs grow socially and emotionally by improving their communication skills. Structured in a fun, day camp setting in Lake Oswego, Oregon, Camp Yakety Yak is staffed with knowledgeable professionals and caring volunteers to teach friendship skills to children and young adults, age 6-22. Indy Parks Camp GATHER/GOM is a day camp that services youth ages 6-19 with physical and (or) intellectual limitations. In our 7-week day camp, campers will participate in activities such as life skills, motor skills, community programs, and communication skills. All Camps, no matter what they are named, are "exploratory-style", meaning campers will have the opportunity to explore a variety of summer recreation and camp activities which may include archery, arts and crafts, community field trips, cycling, high ropes challenge course, indoor climbing, field games, mountain biking, paddle sports, sensory and science projects, and equestrian activities.

STM has been camp-style retreats for for individuals and families impacted by disability to have fun and find fellowship with others in a Christian atmosphere since 1982. Each location is staffed with Medical professionals and volunteers.

Chance 2 Dance is Central Florida's only inclusive and accommodating dance company. We work with children, youth, and adults with varying needs and disabilities. We will have weekly storybook themed camps throughout the summer for different age groups put on by our dance instructors who are professional dancers whom have their bachelor's degree in dance and are also 'Inclusion and Special Needs' Certified.
