One Step Programs serve children (ages 5 - 19+) who have been diagnosed with cancer, and some specialty camps such as Sibling Camp and Family Camp, which also serves family members. The programs are designed to allows children diagnosed with cancer to bond with each other, and form relationships with their peers in a non-hospital setting. The largest program (Summer Camp) runs for two weeks in July. Programs include water sports, crafts, audio/visual and outdoor camping. There are 11 One Step programs that run throughout the year, and they vary in length.
