Camp in Motion is an adaptive sports camp for children with physical limitations. Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists are onsite throughout the camp week. School year programming and Summer Camp at CLC is an opportunity for students of all ages to come for an intensive four-week session of conductive education. Groups of students, similar in age and physical challenges, learn mobility skills, independence, and functional daily living skills, within a supportive group atmosphere of fun and adventure. Students meet for three to six hours per day depending upon their group and age.
Arms in Action is an intensive summer therapy camp for children with hemiplegia ages 4 to 7 years old. The camp, led by occupational and physical therapists, will use principles of modified constraint induced movement therapy, bimanual intensive training, and caregiver education in a playful, engaging and fun group setting.
