Multiple Listing Policy & Pricing
Quick summary: Organizations operating camps at more than one physical location may create separate listings for camps that meet our multiple-listing requirements. Free listings carry no charge but remain subject to the same eligibility requirements and standard six-listing limit. Multi-Media Listings receive a 2-for-1 rate: one $99 annual fee covers up to two qualifying listings.

Eligibility for Multiple Listings
Organizations may submit separate Camper Recruitment Listings for distinctly different camps when each camp maintains a different fixed physical location.
Camps operating from a shared physical location may qualify for separate listings when they are operated as genuinely separate organizations with their own management and finances. These situations require review and approval by VerySpecialCamps.com before additional listings are submitted.
Multiple programs, sessions, or marketing names operating as part of the same camp should normally be grouped into a single listing.
Duplicate Content
A significant amount of duplicate text between listings belonging to the same organization is prohibited.
Each listing should describe the specific camp, location, programs, activities, population served, and other information relevant to that particular listing. Listings containing approximately 50% or more duplicate text may be rejected, returned for revision, or consolidated.
A Travel Camp, Adventure Camp, or similar program that operates through multiple offsite destinations but represents a single camp operation may have only one listing.
Camp Names and Locations
When the same or a substantially similar camp name is used for more than one location, the city and state should be included in the Camp Name to distinguish the listings. For example: Camp Example - Eagle River, WI and Camp Example - Rhinelander, WI.
The city and state should not otherwise be unnecessarily duplicated in listing titles when the camp name already clearly distinguishes the program.
Registration and Listing Limit
Each additional listing must be registered separately and must meet all applicable listing requirements.
There is currently a standard limit of six listings per organization under the multiple-listing policy. Organizations operating more than six locations should contact us to discuss additional listings.
Review and Enforcement
Listing applications that comply with this policy are reviewed first. Multiple-listing submissions that violate the policy may be declined, returned for revision, consolidated into a single listing, or result in disqualification for inclusion on VerySpecialCamps.com.
2-for-1 Multi-Media Listing Pricing
One $99 annual Multi-Media Listing fee covers up to two qualifying listings belonging to the same organization. Additional listings are billed in pairs.
Each covered listing receives its own complete VerySpecialCamps.com Multi-Media Listing, including the features and visibility included with that listing level.

Billing and Renewals
Listings covered under the same multiple-listing arrangement must belong to the same organization or ownership group and use the same billing account.
Covered listings renew together on the same annual renewal date.
Listings added during an existing annual term are not prorated. If an added listing moves the organization into the next pricing level, the additional annual fee is charged when the listing is added, and all covered listings then renew together on the existing renewal date.
