Any caregiver may accompany camper if desired. Siblings and friends are welcome to sign up for the camps as well!

Our adaptive dance camps focus on helping our special needs dancers have fun while learning dance skills and steps. Every camp ends with a short showcase for families to attend so dancers can show off what they've learned!

We have THREE camp locations in the DFW, TX area: Plano, Colleyville, and Argyle!

K-Pop Camp - Ages 4+

Campers my bring their own snacks. Please keep in mind our camp is peanut and tree nut-free.

Our adaptive dance camps invite dancers to experience movement, music, and connection in a joyful, supportive environment while exploring foundational dance skills in ways that work for their bodies and nervous systems. ADEPT’s approach to high-quality dance education blends authentic technique with flexible, adaptive instruction—supporting each dancer’s personal growth both in and beyond the studio.

Through camp, dancers are supported in building social, emotional, physical, mental, and creative skills at their own pace, in ways that are meaningful to them. Whether a dancer is curious about deepening their dance journey or simply wants to experience something new and fun, ADEPT offers a welcoming place to explore.

We design our camps with individualized support and built-in flexibility, honoring each dancer’s interests, needs, and ways of engaging. We pledge to never turn away a student and instead create adaptive dance experiences that make participation accessible, respectful, and empowering for every dancer.
