Verbal Beginnings' Social Skills Summer Program utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to serve children ages 3-17 who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. They will be hosted in multiple locations in Howard, Montogomery, North Virginia, Anne Arundel, and Harford where children can develop new friendships, new social skills, and have a blast!
The Tourette Syndrome Camp USA, founded in 1994, is a residential camping program designed for girls and boys ages 8 - 16+ whose primary diagnosis is TS and OCD and to a lesser degree, ADD/ADHD. The goal of the camp is to allow children with TS/OCD an opportunity to meet other children, share similar experiences and coping mechanisms in a fun, safe and positive environment
Camp Kodiak is an integrated overnight summer camp for children and teens with and without Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and high-functioning ASD. We provide an academic program, an embedded social skills program, and 50+ activities! We have a professional staff and a 2:1 camper-to-staff ratio. Our comfortable lakeside cabins include electricity, a bathroom and shower.
The Katie Isaacson Elaine Gordon Lodge is an innovative summer resort for adults with mild to moderate developmental disabilities.
Timbertop is a Wisconsin Overnight Summer Camp designed for Kids that have been identified by their School District as needing extra help for a special learning disability. Specific learning disabilities may include: OHI, ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia, LD and SLD. Kids receiving support services such as Leveled Learning Intervention (LLI), Reading Support and Title 1, are also eligible.
An innovative single gender overnight camp for kids who need help improving their social skills. Based on work presented at the World Gifted Conference, Camp Sequoia provides campers a meaningful opportunity to become the best version of themselves with a 2:5 staffing ratio on a modern campus. Our male campers and female campers live and enjoy separate campuses and have meaningful opportunities to engage with each other on weekly trips and campwide events.

At Heaven's Gait Therapeutic Riding Summer camp riders are led by trained instructors and enjoy a one-to-one ratio. While attending camp riders will participate in the following activities: daily horseback riding instruction, Sensory Trail Stations, proper grooming technique instruction, care of tack, proper use of tack, barn chores and crafts. The Horseshow is our culminating activity each week.
