MichTic is camp session at Summer at Emerson School serving children whose primary diagnosis or life challenge is Tourette Syndrome or a tic disorder. MichTic runs July 22 to Friday, July 26, 2019 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The camp's creator / lead instructor, Larry Biederman, is a veteran teacher with 21 years of summer camp leadership experience. Larry has a tic disorder and created the camp to support the needs of an underserved population.
The Tourette Syndrome Camp USA, founded in 1994, is a residential camping program designed for girls and boys ages 8 - 16+ whose primary diagnosis is TS and OCD and to a lesser degree, ADD/ADHD. The goal of the camp is to allow children with TS/OCD an opportunity to meet other children, share similar experiences and coping mechanisms in a fun, safe and positive environment

Camp Dream is 100% volunteer, offering a one-to-one camper-counselor ratio. ARCh Camp Pow Wow welcomes children and adults with learning disabilities, cognitive challenges, autism spectrum disorders, physical health difficulties and a variety of other diagnoses. Some campers use wheelchairs, walkers or other devices to enhance mobility, while others require a regimen of medications or diligent monitoring of blood sugar.
Summit Camp serves campers, ages 8 - 19, with issues of AD/HD, Aspergers syndrome, NVLD, mild Learning Disabilities, and/or challenging behaviors at our Honesdale, PA. campus. Located in Craig County near Roanoke, VA, in a beautiful mountain setting. The camp features eight seperate living cabins and various activities including an outdoor swimming pool and Craig Creek for canoeing.
Easterseals Oregon's barrier-free summer camp for children and adults with disabilities and/or special needs provides a place where activities are designed to be inclusive. Campers discover new abilities, gain independence, make lifelong friendships, and build lasting memories. In addition, caregivers receive respite time to rejuvenate
themselves. Our camp sessions are five-days and four-nights in July at Evans Creek Retreat.
