An overnight camp for 9-17 year olds with epilepsy AND their siblings. Camp medical staff handle medication dispersal and ensure safety so kids can put all their focus on being themselves, surrounded by peers who understand.

Deaf Camps, Inc. runs week-long residential camps in Knoxville, MD for deaf or hard of hearing children and hearing children who want to learn American Sign Language. Since 1956, we have operated an accessible summer camp for both children and adults with disabilities at our Camp Baker location in Chesterfield County. Located on 22 wooded acres, Camp Baker lets our campers enjoy a best-in-class, traditional summer camp experience, including: horseback riding, arts and crafts, swimming, fishing, paddle boating, hiking, and talent show.

We have two separate camp groups, Junior Adventures (ages 6 to 14) and our Youth Adult Leadership Program (ages 16 to 26). JA focuses on getting kids with disabilities outside more often to gain skills in outdoor recreation. YALP focus on gaining leadership skills and independence for all aspects of life. In general, our goal is to enhance the quality of life through adaptive recreation.

Our camp is designed for individuals with motor disabilities in Loveland and Denver Metro area. Our camps are 2-6 week intensive programs that teach participants problem solving skills, ADL activities, and independence in their daily lives. Addressing areas typically learned in OT, PT, and SLT in a fun, group environment with 1:1 staffing.

CHAMP Camp provides a summer camp experience for children and adolescents with tracheostomies and those who require technological respiratory assistance. Our campers enjoy and fully participate in outdoor summer camp activities including swimming, canoeing, climbing and zip lining to encourage independence, confidence, and self-esteem and create memories that last a lifetime.

Camp Carefree provides a free week of summer camp for children with chronic conditions and illnesses. Children are provided a traditional summer camp to laugh and play; focusing on what makes them unique, and not what makes them different.
