Lions Camp Tatiyee provides life-changing 6-day, 5-night summer camp experiences to special needs children and adults in Arizona, entirely free of charge.

Special Needs Summer Day Camps Ages 3 – 22. MDE School camps are geared toward children with developmental disabilities. Our camps reinforce social, academic, language, sensory, fine, and gross motor skills through fun and engaging activities. Camp Kirk is a place where kids and youth are accepted and loved for who they are, as they are. Our programs are designed specifically for kids and youth with autism, attention deficit disorder, learning disabilities, and other types of exceptionalities. Through non-competitive programs, high staff-to-camper ratios, and a nurturing environment, we put the spotlight on each child’s strengths to build their confidence and self-esteem.

POW Therapeutic Summer Camp consists of language groups led by a special educator and speech-language pathologist, consisting of communication development, language-based activities, play therapy, and brief individual/dyad sessions. Activities include functional play, sensory activities, arts & crafts, and movement activities.

Our camps are geared towards students at 3rd - 8th-grade academic levels or rising 9th graders to first-year college students. Both camps enhance social skills and maintain academic performance. Elementary/middle school students will develop their social skills through team-building exercises, enriching activities, and exciting field trips. High school focus topics will include physical well-being, mindfulness, and Adulting 101.

Our camp is available for all horse lovers of all abilities, beginning through advanced riders. Our ultimate goal is to teach each participant what it would be like to have a horse of their own.

Specialized Traditional Day and Overnight Camp for Campers with Social Challenges

Camp Fatima provides free one week sleep away sessions for school-aged children in August. We also offer sleep away weekend programs for adults with disabilities; two in the spring and two in the fall. A NEW Theater Weekend Program is now offered in the Spring. Camp Fatima of New Jersey, is an all-volunteer, non-sectarian 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing free recreational programming to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Camp Fish Tales is nestled on 67 acres in Northern Bay County, MI. We are a barrier free outdoor camp for kids and adults with disabilities.

Clover Patch welcomes physically and/or developmentally disabled campers ages five and older. Camp Dream is a recreational, traditional summer camp experience for children and young adults with moderate to severe physical and developmental disabilities. Camp Dream is 100% volunteer, offering a one-to-one camper-counselor ratio. Camp Dream is a barrier free environment that has never turned away a camper due to the severity of their disability or their financial capability.
