We offer experiential, adventure-based, wilderness and therapeutic activities for children, individuals and families navigating Neurobiological Disorders, Aspergers Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities and other special needs.
The Georgia Special Touch Ministry Get Away is a 5-Day residential camp for individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. All ages (10-adult) and all abilities are welcome! Housing and amazing recreational events are planned appropriately.
Eaton's LEAP into Summer program offers two three-week sessions in June and July. Participants spend their mornings at local worksites, such as Burlington, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Crust Pasta & Pizzeria, to develop both hard and soft skills in real work environments. This hands-on approach is essential to learn the necessary skills for employment.
We will have so much fun learning about all of our rescued animals, grooming them, feeding them, and making animal- related crafts. We will also learn basic horse training, leading, and bonding with the horse.
