Bridge the Gap Summer Camp offers a wide range of academic and recreational programs for students entering grades K-12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related learning differences.
Creative dance movement adapted for students with special needs and tons of talent and star quality! Dance incorporates fundamentals of jazz, yoga, modern, hip hop, improv, tap and acting exercises.
Our summer camps include PIxar Short Stories, Entrepreneurship, Hummingbird Robotics, Screen Free Games, Bonsai Art and Fairy Gardens, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Creative Cooking, Slime Camp, Fiber Arts, Minecraft, and Horsemanship Equine Assisted Learning.
Fun, theme-based activities, outings, and learning experiences that develop social skills, social understanding, and social thinking. Daily schedule includes Brain Gym, movement education, friendship builders, crafts, recess skills, and community outings.
Autism Outdoors Camp for teens on the Autism Spectrum. This is a half day camp offered in the morning and taught in partnership with the Autism Society of Minnesota. This camp is entirely outdoors except for bathroom breaks.
MICC Summer Program is for neurodivergent teens and young adults. Participants will be introduced to independent living, the opportunity to make new friends with others their age, as well as begin exploring possible career paths that utilize their unique strengths and interests. The Summer Program is a great introduction to MICC's College Program, a post-high school life skills and vocational training program.
