At NCTRC, we believe in the power of inclusion and the joy of exploration (and of course in the magic of horses!). Nestled in the serene countryside of Mebane, our camp offers an enriching experience for children aged 6 to 11, with or without disabilities. 5-year-olds who are ready for a morning adventure are welcome too!
Victory Junction Mission: To enrich the lives of children with chronic or life-threatening illnesses by providing camping experiences that are memorable, exciting, fun, empowering, physically safe and medically sound.
Kamp Kaleidoscope is a specialized daily summer program for individuals with developmental disabilities to have an enriching experience. While campers are having fun learning new things and meeting new friends, their families rest assure knowing they are in good hands! Weekly themes are incorporated into science and environmental projects, recreational opportunities, social and educational community outings, and health and wellness activities.
Speech and language camp for kids (ages 6-10)
Camp Carefree provides a free week of summer camp for children with chronic conditions and illnesses. Children are provided a traditional summer camp to laugh and play; focusing on what makes them unique, and not what makes them different.
