Easterseals Oregon offers a 5-day day (9 am - 3 pm) camp for children aged 10-14 with disabilities in four Portland Metro locations. With a 3:1 camper to staff ratio, we ensure a safe and engaging environment. Campers explore creative arts, sports, nature, and performance arts, fostering friendships and creating memories. Each weeklong session concludes with a talent show for parents and guardians. Camp fees include a t-shirt and water bottle.

Easterseals Oregon's barrier-free summer camp for children and adults with disabilities and/or special needs provides a place where activities are designed to be inclusive. Campers discover new abilities, gain independence, make lifelong friendships, and build lasting memories. In addition, caregivers receive respite time to rejuvenate themselves. Our camp sessions are five-days and four-nights in July at Evans Creek Retreat.
​Camp Yakety Yak helps children with special needs grow socially and emotionally by improving their communication skills. Structured in a fun, day camp setting in Lake Oswego, Oregon, Camp Yakety Yak is staffed with knowledgeable professionals and caring volunteers to teach friendship skills to children and young adults, age 6-22. Hand In Hand Farm offers family camps for families from all walks of life. We have a lot of experience with special-needs families, we have been providing parenting education, family skills training, and vocational training for many years. Often a place of last resort, we get results if parents are willing to put in the time and effort to change the family dynamics and help their kids develop.
