Located on 35 acres in Rockland County, NY, VCB was incorporated in 1926. VCB has grown to be one of the largest and most comprehensive residential rehabilitation and training facilities of its kind in the US.

Mountain Respite Camp (MRC) offers a peer led camp experience to individuals living with or affected psychiatric disabilities.

Camp ARROW is a week-long residential camp designed to meet the special needs of children between the ages of 7 and 14 years old with multiple disabilities.

Oasis Academy is a year round school that opens spots for unique kids during summer. Oasis Academy is Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm year around. Nature based and animal assisted camps for kids of all abilities!

This is a traditional, residential summer camp for children and adults with all types of disabilities or special needs. June through August. There are 6 day and 12 day sessions for children 6 - 21, and 6 day sessions for adults 21+. There are two weeks each summer just for children with Autism ( 6 - 21) where each child has his/her own counselor. Generally there are 3 camp participants per one counselor, but one to one counseling is available.
