Camp Pathfinder is a co-ed, program for adults with Down syndrome and other disabilities. Our program is designed to maximize each person's potential, locate and develop strengths and untapped abilities, and facilitate social relations.
Therapeutic riding, equestrian-facilitated learning, and life skills for children with physical and cognitive disabilities of all kinds, delivered through one-week and single-day camps designed to provide individualized attention to maximum of 6 students.
