ARCh GAINS welcomes children and adults with learning disabilities, cognitive challenges, autism spectrum disorders, physical health difficulties and a variety of other diagnoses. Some achievers use wheelchairs, walkers or other devices to enhance mobility, while others require a regimen of medications or diligent monitoring of blood sugar.
Deaf Camps, Inc. runs week-long residential camps in Knoxville, MD for deaf or hard of hearing children and hearing children who want to learn American Sign Language. Summer Camp at CLC is an opportunity for students of all ages to come for an intensive four-week session of conductive education. Groups of students, similar in age and physical challenges, learn mobility skills, independence, and functional daily living skills, within a supportive group atmosphere of fun and adventure. Students meet for three to six hours per day depending upon their group and age.
Summer Therapy Day Camp (July 20 - 24, 2026) is a small-group camp in Broomfield led by an Occupational Therapist and Speech-Language Pathologist for neurodivergent children ages 5-7 and 8-10. Campers receive individualized speech and OT goals integrated into themed days of movement, art, and connection. Cost: $1,000 ($300 deposit + $700 therapy fees). Medicaid, Kaiser, and A&I Avenues accepted.
We will have so much fun learning about all of our rescued animals, grooming them, feeding them, and making animal- related crafts. We will also learn basic horse training, leading, and bonding with the horse.
Kamp Kiwanis offers a unique Kamp experience for campers ages 8-14, a teen program for teens ages 15-17 and for adults with high functioning special needs ages 18+. The child program at Kamp is designed to mainstream all kampers including up to 20 each session with special needs. We want our Kampers to explore the world through environmental and cultural activities while respecting the rights and dignity of all kampers and staff.

CHAMP Camp provides a summer camp experience for children and adolescents with tracheostomies and those who require technological respiratory assistance. Our campers enjoy and fully participate in outdoor summer camp activities including swimming, canoeing, climbing and zip lining to encourage independence, confidence, and self-esteem and create memories that last a lifetime.
